I’ve updated my COLLABORATE 13 page with some references and “show notes” related to my (as of this writing) upcoming talks at COLLABORATE:

My talks:

Session 718: Getting Started With ADF

Mile High Ballroom 4C, 11:00 AM MST

This will be an introduction to the ‘basics’ of Oracle’s Application Development Framework (ADF). This material should help prepare you for some of the later ADF talks, and hopefully explain a few of the basic concepts that were touched on briefly in Sunday afternoon’s WebCenter and Fusion Applications Deep Dive.

Session 320: Getting Things Done

Mile High Ballroom 2C, 1:00 PM MST

This is a bit of a departure for me – I won’t be talking about code, databases or anything strictly ‘technical’; I’ll be talking about personal productivity (or lack of) and how you can tame “the busy” with David Allen’s Getting Things Done method. I’ll talk a bit about the reasons, the method and some general tips and tools. I really hope this session sparks some great conversations afterward.

I am also on the COLLABORATE13 Conference Committee – you can find me wandering the halls (near the WebCenter / Web Experience track) wearing an ill fitting cowboy hat. If you’ve read this, please feel free to say hello!
